The Nickle double sided insert fireplace is available in two sizes. 800 mm and 1000 mm. Both sizes come standard with a removable ash pan as well as two 50 mm 4-sided fascias. The fascias are used to cover the edge of the opening in your wall around the fireplace. The primary air control is positioned below the doors and can be controlled from either side of the fireplace. The double sided insert fireplace has a base of black refractory brick and black vermiculite sides. These two materials together create the perfect combustion environment for high efficiency.

The Lacunza Midi 700 cast iron insert fireplace is built to last with a solid cast iron body and cast iron internal components. The Midi is compact at only 700mm wide but its powerful. Nominal heat output is 10kW up to 11.4kW. With 25 to 30 cubic meters per kW this little cast iron insert fireplace can heat up to 300 cubic meters. Roughly 120 square meters. These calculations does depend on other factors such as amount of glass windows, ceiling height and how well the building is insulated. The Midi 700 cast iron insert fireplace comes standard with a 4 sided 50mm fascia included in the price.

The Lacunza Itaca closed combustion insert fireplace is the most powerful Lacunza fireplace available in South Africa. The Itaca has an impressive 17kW nominal output up to 21kW. More than enough heat for most South African houses. The Itaca has a unique vertical sliding door which works with a counter weight system ensuring smooth and effortless movement of the glass door. The unobstructed view of the fire is almost 1200 mm wide. Firefox - Extraction Canopy

Firefox has for many years designed and made canopies to go over gas braais. Our extractor fan is the most powerful of those used for domestic applications and enables the canopy height to be put at about 900mm above the top of the braai. Typically this means 1.8m above floor level and keeps the canopy out of the way of most people’s heads. Our new style standard canopies are made out of brushed stainless steel c/w swivel lights, giving an excellent finish to your covered patio. Available in 1000mm, 1250mm or 1500mm wide. They can be installed with either a vertical flueing system through the roof or a rear exit, where there is an external wall. The rear exit system is particularly neat, in that the fan is mounted in the external wall behind the canopy, with a louvre sitting on the external wall, through which the fumes/smoke exit - the only domestic system in SA where this can be done.

Filter Frame

Our filter frames are designed to be used where there is an existing brick chimney in which a gas grill is operating but the smoke/fumes are not being drawn properly up the chimney. An electrical fan is mounted to the top or rear of the chimney to draw the smoke up, and a custom made filter frame mounted in the brick chimney above the grill to catch the grease. The filter frames have the same removable filters as our canopies and are fitted out with reccessed lights.

These grills are designed to drop into a counter top, very much the same as you would a kitchen hob. They provide a sleek and stylish option to the more traditional braai look. As with a kitchen hob, some air needs to be drawn from the cupboard for the combustion process to work efficiently. As our units have powerful 8kw burners, the air requirement will be higher than for a typical hob. We recommend that allowance be made for reasonable air ingress to the cupboard space. This could take the form of a louvre on the cupboard door, or a louvre in the kick plate and in the lower surface of the cupboard. As with all gas grills our units have a drip tray at the bottom of the unit to catch any fat that drops though the burner area. It is important that this tray can be accessed and cleaned periodically

With the use of a good quality clay brick or tile to line this recess up to the chimney, a good design Table Braai could look stunning, giving a different effect to that of a traditional built in steel box. We have used the components from our Multifunction built in braais and have encased these in a decent outer box. As with our other braais these Table Braais can be manufactured in a range of metals, depending on the application. For enhanced visual effect , to provide a shelf in front of the braai or to waterproof the braai when it is located in rain conditions, an optional Waterproofing Cover/shelf can be purchased, which simply bolts to the underside of the Table Braai. THE EASY WAY TO CONVERT AN EXISTING INEFFICIENT FLUED GAS OR WOOD FIRE TO A HIGHLY EFFICIENT FLUE-LESS These grates are designed to enable the easy conversion of an existing steel or brick fireplace into a flue-less gas fire. If you have an open wood or anthracite burning fire it is as simple as sealing up the chimney opening to prevent heat loss up the chimney, running gas to the fire and connecting up our flue-less grate. No more lighting of fires, no more smoke smell in the house, no more cleaning out the ash. Simply large quantities of heat with the convenience of a flick of a switch. If you have a flued gas fire it is even easier. Remove the flued grate, seal up the chimney flue and fit the flue-less grate to the existing gas line. Generally a 1 to 2 hour job. Our flue-less grate is 3 times more efficient than most flued grates. That is either a lot more heat for your house at no extra cost or the same heat with a big reduction in running cost. Plus, you will be doing your bit for our environment by utilising our gas reserves in a more beneficial manner.

MODERN STYLING AT ITS BEST Our drop in grates are designed to simply drop into a hole in a slab, very much like a kitchen hob drops into the kitchen counter. The slab can be made out of any non combustible material; concrete, granite, marble, etc. to enable you to make a fashion statement to suit your home. It is imperative for the grate to function, that there is an adequate air supply to the underside of the slab. All our Drop in Grates are provided with a louvre for you to build into the brick structure to allow the required amount of air in. Airflow in a room reacts differently to a flame located against or near a rear wall, to a flame located in the middle of the room. Our Drop In Grates are designed to compensate for this. If you are installing a Drop in unit with a wall at the rear of it, order a “Single Sided Unit”; if the grate is to be installed away from any walls order a “Double Sided Unit”.

Super Combo De Lux 1200mm/1500mm
The Super Combo De Lux is similar to the Super De Lux Built-in braai, but in addition, a 3 burner gas grill is fitted to the 1200mm De Lux braai OR a 4 Burner Gas Grill is fitted to the 1500mm De lux , which enables you to conveniently use gas on one side of the braai. It is also supplied with low-pressure bull nose regulator and pipe.
Available in 2 sizes, 1200mm and 1500mm, made from mild steel.Chimney pipes and cowl are not included in the purchase of the braai. Speak to the Marksman staff for more details.

Super Spit De Lux 1000mm/1200mm/1500mm
Apart form the 3 braai grids, ash pan, oven pan, ember maker with shaker, ember tray, poker tool, potjie hook, 2 doors and light fitting the Super Spit De Lux is equipped with an imported Italian heavy duty 220V spit motor, which enables you to spit braai almost anything from chicken to a entire lamb. In addition to the lamb shaft, the unit is also supplied with a roasting basket which can be utilised to roast up to 7 chickens or as a lazy grid. The touch up paint and insulation material are also included with every purchase.

The Super De Lux is equipped with an ember maker for the continuous supply of embers, ember tray, ash pan, oven pan, 3 galvanised grids, potjie hook and poker tool, a bottom door to use either as a utility table or a cover for a neat finish and an upper door with a chrome knob. The 700mm De Lux is supplied without an ember-maker.
