Northern Flame Kenna 82 Double Sided Built-in Fireplace

The Kenna 82 Double-Sided Built-in fireplace is a state-of-the-art insert with a modern, minimalist design and a great price to suit all budgets! Its large Schott Robax glass windows have opaque black borders which add to their designer look. The doors open from the right but can also be reattached for your convenience so that they open from the left. The door handles are removable and work like ‘cold handles’, however they can be permanently attached using the screw provided on the inside of each door. It comes with its own convection box which enhances convection heat and allows for an easy installation with a clean finish. This modern insert is ideal for transforming an outdated, double-sided, smoky fireplace hearth with no need for specific masonry work. It also makes a very eye-catching room divider. It’s modern design embraces efficiency, strength, and durability.

Heat is diffused by radiation and convection through the front and the exterior of the fireplace. The Primary air, Secondary air and the Air wash system are all controlled with one lever below the door, which gives you ultimate control of the fire. It comes with Secondary combustion which improves the efficiency of the burning process; allows for less fuel usage and less fuel emissions.  It comes with 2, double baffle plates of stainless steel and vermiculite which improve control and regulation of the up draught. This also helps the heat stay in the combustion chamber for longer and increases the heat output. There is improved performance and strength with a Vermiculite lined combustion chamber which prolongs the heat accumulation after the fire goes out. It also reinforces the ”clean glass” process by reflecting hot air towards the glass. The Kenna Double-sided has a nominal fuel consumption of 3.5kg per hour and the combustion chamber comfortably burns 40cm logs.

‘Optional extra’ finishing frames are available to give the installation a sophisticated final finish. The Kenna 82 Double-Sided can also be transformed into a tall, freestanding unit by adding an ‘optional extra’ stand.

The Kenna 82 Double-Sided has been tested according to strict international safety standards, and it is Eco-Design 2022 compliant and CE Certified. It is engineered to conform to EU regulations, and it has been designed for strength and durability. The Kenna is imported from Greece and comes with a 5-year limited guarantee.
